Delete your data

Account owners can export their records, then open Settings → Close this account. Confirm the firm name to delete the owner’s login, the firm’s live matter records, contacts, documents and document versions, notes, time, invoices, trust records, integrations and sharing access. Deletion also stops subscription billing.

Deleting a firm removes team access to that firm. It does not delete other people’s independent accounts or records they own elsewhere.

For an individual privacy request, a team member’s account, or if you cannot sign in, email cole@fylely.com. We verify authority before deleting another person’s records. Please provide your account email and request scope, without sending identity documents or client files unless we arrange a secure method.

Retention outside the live workspace

Deletion cannot recall copies already downloaded or sent to recipients. Payment processors may retain transaction records required by law. Provider backups and security logs are subject to their retention schedules; deletion from the live workspace is not a promise of immediate erasure from every backup. We will explain any legal retention exception that applies to a request.
