Refund policy

Fylely is operated by 1602637 BC Ltd. Your 14-day trial requires no payment card and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions

A paid subscription starts only when you complete checkout. It renews monthly until cancelled. The amount, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown before you authorize payment. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.

Cancel renewal

Open Billing and select Cancel subscription. You keep access through the end of the paid period. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not delete your account or automatically refund previous payments. Account deletion ends access immediately and stops the subscription.

Billing errors and statutory rights

For a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge, email cole@fylely.com with your account email, charge date, and invoice reference. Do not send card numbers. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
